Our Providers accept most insurances including Medicare, Medi/Medi, most PPOs, Tricare, and private insurances.
Patients with an HMO or an insurance not covered will be billed at a nominal flat-rate fee

Dr. Atmar is a podiatric physician and surgeon. He graduated with his doctoral degree in podiatric medicine in 2011 6from New York College of Podiatric Medicine. Continuing his education, Dr. Atmar was selected

Dr. Atmar is a podiatric physician and surgeon. He graduated with his doctoral degree in podiatric medicine in 2011 6from New York College of Podiatric Medicine. Continuing his education, Dr. Atmar was selected by the New York Methodist Hospital to perform his surgical residency. He also received additional surgical training at St. John Episcopal Hospital in New York before starting his private practice.
Dr. Atmar is currently serving San Diego county with hospital affiliations at Paradise Valley Hospital in National City, & North Coast Surgery Center in Oceanside. His immense dedication to patient satisfaction is evident by the relationships cultivated with his patients, & the time spent educating & developing personalized treatment plans to restore healthy feet & prevent future podiatric complications.
He is the Founder & President of
Barefeet Podiatry, Inc. He is also a consultant podiatrist at Senior Medical Associates.
On his spare time, Dr. Atmar enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He also has a passion for animal advocacy, and supports several area organizations.
Dr. Johnson is a licensed foot and ankle specialist. He graduated with honors in 2013 from The University of Florida. He also continued his education in Podiatric Medicine at Barry University in Miami. He has completed his 3-year surgical training at Westchester General Hospital in south Miami. He also had the opportunity to help run the

He also continued his education in Podiatric Medicine at Barry University in Miami. He has completed his 3-year surgical training at Westchester General Hospital in south Miami. He also had the opportunity to help run the Wound Care Center at Northshore Hospital, where advanced wound care modalities were utilized to heal the patients as rapidly as possible.
Dr. Johnson’s clinical focus and expertise deals directly with treatment of all forms of foot and ankle deformities. He is currently affiliated with Paradise Valley Hospital in National City.
On his spare time, Dr. Johnson has a passion for surfing and boating. He also loves spending time with his dog, a 30-pound terrier.
Office Staff
Timea Resan is our clinical patient coordinator.
She manages most all aspects of office administration, including appointment scheduling, & follow-up communications.
As an LVN, she also comes with a background in outpatient nursing.
